Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing oceyu.com (the â€œSiteâ€) and using the Oceyu service (the â€œServiceâ€), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the â€œTermsâ€). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must refrain from using the Site or Service. We may update or modify the Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you warrant you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Oceyu is an app discovery platform that aggregates information about mobile applications and provides direct links to the appsâ€™ listings on Google Play. The actual hosting, distribution, licensing, and ongoing maintenance of the apps occur on Google Play and by the respective developers, not on this Site. Oceyu may adjust features, accessibility, or content at any time without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property featured on the Site and within the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the underlying code (collectively, â€œOceyu Contentâ€), is owned by Oceyu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limited license: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and Service strictly in accordance with these Terms and for your internal purposes.
Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, perform, or create derivative works from Oceyu Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
User submissions: If you upload, post, or submit content to the Service, you grant Oceyu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content as needed to operate and promote the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Trademarks: Oceyu, the Oceyu logo, and other marks appearing on the Site are trademarks or service marks of Oceyu. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

4. Third-Party Links and Google Play

The Service may contain links to third-party apps or content hosted on Google Play. Oceyu does not host, control, or manage these apps; they are operated by their respective developers and by Google Play. Accessing such apps through the Service may redirect you to the Google Play Store or other third-party platforms.

Your use of Google Play and any third-party apps linked from Oceyu is governed by Googleâ€™s terms of service and privacy policy, as well as the terms set by the respective app developers. Oceyu does not guarantee the availability, security, or quality of any linked app, nor does it assume responsibility for third-party content. We may remove or update links at our sole discretion and without notice.

5. Disclaimers; Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an â€œas isâ€ and â€œas availableâ€ basis. Oceyu disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall Oceyu, its affiliates, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount actually paid by you to Oceyu (if any) during the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions, the limitations will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to others, or for any reason without liability. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease, and you must cease all use of the Service. Provisions intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through the Site or via other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, discontinue use of the Service.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Oceyu is incorporated, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You and Oceyu agree to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the place of incorporation, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

9. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Oceyu regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: The failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent; Oceyu may assign its rights without notice or consent.
